Ripened for two months, our cheese is a tender and mellow product in the mouth despite its compact appearance. During the production process, the curds are mixed with cumin, giving rise to a cheese with a unique and very particular flavour.
It can be taken alone as an aperitif, incorporated into cheese boards or used for culinary elaborations. Locals enjoy it for breakfast.
Pair with a chardonnay, a sauvignon blanc or a merlot.
