Our maker has been crafting saucisson since 1902 in St Symphorien close to Lyon, the very heart of French cured meat making.
This is the traditional saucisse sèche in a u shape.
It is made with natural casing ( pork intestine ) from Pure pork.

Pork meat 85 % – Pork fat 15 %
Salt, Lactose, Skimmed milk powder, Dextrose, Natural spices, Nitrate of Potassium, Maturing ferments
