Our maker has been crafting saucisson since 1902 in St Symphorien close to Lyon, the very heart of French cured meat making.

This is a Sauciflard as traditional as it gets. To take the guilt away, it is lean too as made from lumps of ham with whole peppercorns for the seasoning. Gorgeous!

It is made with natural casing ( pork intestine ), salt, milk powder, wheat dextrose, peppercorns, potassium nitrate, maturing ferments.
