Quality concerns, Cheese ripening, consumer rights.
I, Jerome Tabarie, take great pride in the quality of my food and it should reach you in the best possible condition. As with the Sale of Goods Act, under the Consumer Rights Act all products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Satisfactory quality: Rindwash being a local business, I, your cheese monger, will deliver you in person so as to keep control of more fragile cheese. You should inspect regardless your goods on delivery which will allow me to highlight ripening stage and give you tips on how to look after and enjoy your goods. In the unlikely event of a damage or physical contamination, I do ask that you contact me within two weeks of receipt of the order for perishable goods.
Fit for purpose: The goods should be fit for the purpose they are supplied for, as well as any specific purpose you made known to the retailer before you agreed to buy the goods.
As described: Products and their packaging may vary slightly from their pictures on the website, these are for illustrative purposes only. See terms and conditions.
You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of delivery of the product. However this does not apply to cheese products.
Whenever granted, the price of any refunds may be affected by any reduction in the value of the products caused by your mishandling of them. My least expensive mode of delivery shall be refunded.
